The easiest way to get into homebrewing are the so-called "no-boil" beer kits,
such as Cooper's, Woodfordes, Munton's and so on. Examples of those can be

Just remember, even though the website above recommends always boiling the
extract, no-boil really means no-boil. Boiling a no-boil beer kit is unnecessary
work and will make the beer taste worse.
