Hello, Just browsing around for more information on microbrewing and came across this site. Looks very helpful.
I started brewing in July when, while walking through a store, I came across one of those "Mr. Beer" kits that proclaim to brew liquid gold, boy was I excited.. after a few batches of that however, I felt like a kid with training wheels on his bike.. it was just too simple. And it tasted alright, but.. I knew there was better beer to be made. It was time to move on. So I bought a 5 gallon beer making kit and have my first batch, a Brewhouse prairie wheat ale, in secondary right now, and continuing to learn the finer aspects of brewing. So I decided to poke around a bit here. |
