Any of you HERMites out there have a good suggestion for the heat exchange
portion of the setup?

I'm eyeballing a 5 gallon water heater at Sears. have also been on the hunt
for a smaller "commercial" coffee maker wondering if that might make a good
heat exchanger.. no luck so far...
