| Hello brewmasters and wannabees
Great forum here. I'm not a brewer by any means, but I like to drink it(beer), and an Australian friend of mine brews all his own. I've been interested in home brewing and distilling for some time, but I haven't taken the plunge as of yet. I would like to learn to distill my own grain alcohol for use as an alternative fuel, but I've heard that permits are necessary and that they are a bit tough to get.
