Hi there, just a little info on myself. I've been brewing since 91'. Mostly all-grain, but still find myself doing a lot of extract also. I like to brew Ales and Lagers and an occasional Cider. Haven't tried Meads yet, keep meaning too. Just haven't got around to it yet. I Love homebrewing. Its a great hobbie, a ton of fun, and you get to meet the nicest people. Best of all, you get to drink great beer when your done. Cheers |
