| Hello All I am new to this group. I am also fairly new to home brewing. I am on my third batch and looking forward to it. I have been making wine for over 10 years but beer and mead are new to me. I would like to say one thing in my short experience..always weigh your ingredients from kits do not assume that things like hops are premeasured. My first two batches were very hot from too much hops. Other than that I love it. |
