Been brewing off and on since I was 14. Now I just turned 32. Sounds like a professional right? huh? I wish! The key words being "off and on", lol. I do have enough under my belt to get the job done though. I did do an assistant brewers internship in 2004 at a 15BBL brewpub and got to play with the big toys for about 3 months. Man that was the best fun and I got paid. |
