Here's the one I use.

6lbs Muntons wheat malt (Dry)
1lb Honey (I use Clover honey)
2oz Liberty hops (low alpha)

Boil 1hr w/1.5 oz hops, 10 min with remaining

OG 1.050 to 1.060
FG around 1.014

I use California ale yeast from White labs

Prime and bottle as usual
