Hi everyone, I'm new here if you can't tell and currently waiting for some equipment to come in the mail. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a brew I might like, or just ways to go about my choices on what to make. I prefer beer that is very low on bitterness and even sweet (and I'm newly 21 with an already high tolerance so high alcohol content too is always a plus).

If anyone has some general tips for a new guy too, those would be appreciated, especially on suppliers if you're local. I'm in Stillwater, OK, just so you know.
