| Rod Havent brewed for 3 years thought I would put down a IPA muntons with a 1kg of dried malt used a wyeast whitbread ale yeast. Smacked the wyeast after 2 days still not that puffed up pitched anyway on saturday arvo didnt start bubbling till monday morning . Went to bottle the following monday but the fg was 1018-1020. So i have racked to secondary checked the next day same reading will it be safe to bottle |
