I'm basically agreeing with the other responses.

You'll need about 2 weeks in the bottle to get full carbonation.
After that, it's up to how much patience you have. It will get
MUCH better in the 4th and 5th week and will continue to improve
for a long time - longer than most of us can wait!

I start drinking one or two a week after the first week in the
bottle... that way I know what it tastes like all the way along.
I drink more and more as it tastes better and better.

It is almost always the case that the best tasting one is the
last one! :)
