I have a wine kit in the primary fermentor to make a cooler type beverage,
anyway it has been on for about 48 hours, I followed all the directions and
sanitized carefully, but the co2 out the airlock seems to have a bit of a ,
almost sour smell, vigorous fermentation going on. so is this smell the
normal. it's my first wine kit. thanks
