Hi

I'm a 1st time poster (pls be gentle) Made 3 batches of beer
previously with a brewers best basic kit and had varying success.
My best was a Weitzen (also BB ingredient kit). I'd like to try to
move up to a recipe instead of a kit. I also understand that this will
require secondary fermenting in a carboy and could use an explanation
of the process as at this point its abit hazy..
