oxyclean sanitizing

I've been using the stuff with good results for years, but the last
batch I bought was "new and improved" (NOT). They added a surfactant
that makes the bottles slippery and leaves a film on rinsed bottles,
and perfume (ugh!). It seems to clean almost as well as the original
formula, but a little slower acting.

I got on line for some research and found that oxyclean is/was "sodium
percarbonate" (used commercially for oxygen bleaching and in aqua
culture to provide oxygen to fish)

The stuff can be had in small quantities for as low as $1/lb (B-brite
going for >$3/lb or oxyclean or oxyboost at similar prices) With
shipping and other considerations I found a place on line to buy it
for ~1.50/lb

Place I used was http://www.todieforsoap.com/chemicals.htm but shop
around . . . (with shipping it was lots cheaper to go for the 25lb
size bag)
