Press your apples, take the raw stock and a yeast. A champagne will be real
dry vs.a sweet meade.
I go and add a container (1 ltr) of fruit nectur. You can find these in the
Hispanic sections of stores. This will give a very light accent to your
cider. Passion Fruit is nice so is pear.
