huh? because it has "sat so long" (i think that is what you are
insinuating)? Is it currently in the carboy or have you bottled or
kegged it? If you've bottled and did add the bottling sugar then i'd
give it a week minimum to carbonate (although you can test it whenever
you want). If it's in a keg, what pressure do you have it at and what
temperature? If it's in the carboy still... hell yah it won't carbonate
in a carboy, the co2 will just go into the atmosphere. |
