I live in Memphis and apples here, well not happening.

I can take 7 1/2 gal apple juice bottles, 1 container of nectar, 2
containers of frozen concentrate, 1 packet/tube of yeast. Add all together,
wait 20 days and bottle. Real easy and it tastes good to.
