You devil! For some reason, that one seems vaguely familiar, not to
mention right on the money! :) Actually, I've used both WY1272 and
Brewtek CL50 on it, and they both worked great. We brew 10 gal. of
wort, then my brewing partner and I each ferment 5 gal. separately, and
combine them at bottling. We've done a fair bit of experimenting with
different yeast for each half.
