| Belgium Wit problem HI,
I recently brewed a batch using 50% 2 row Pils and 50% Torified wheat,
coriander and bitter orange. The beer looked really cloudy after 2 weeks in
the secondary so I used gelatin as a fining agent and the beer cleared
within a couple of days. After 3 weeks in the bottle the beer is excellent,
but has white flecks floating in it. No off taste.
Any ideas what went wrong?
