A general brewing book? Probably not. I assume you've seen
[url]www.howtobrew.com[/url] and his book. Great stuff.

I think you'd need to do something more specialized, like focus on a
specific style or technique. What knowledge do you have that is special
enough for people to pay for it? That's the real question to ask.
