Because of the substantial German influence in Mexico since the 1800's
(beer, brass instruments, accordions) most of the great Mexican beers are
actually German beers made in Mexico. Dos Equis is very good and so is
Carta Blanca in the 32 oz bottles....which are great for bottling home brew
in (you don't need as many as the 12 ouncers). The Carta Blancas are also
pretty cheap at Food 4 Less. Drink 'em up and save the bottles for later!
