Hey Gang.
This is my first attempt at dry hopping and I was hoping someone can answer
my question.
Shouldn't the hops settle to the bottom of my fermenter? I added hops to my
secondary 10 days ago and I decided to check on it's progress. Most of the
hops are floating at the top of the fermenter. I expected it to settle to
the bottom.
I shook the fermenter a bit and some went to the bottom.
I guess I'm worried that I should be bottling in a few days and I don't want
green sludge at the top of my bottled beer.
Any suggestions?
