Trying to make fuel grade ethanol for a combustion experiment.
Can anyone help me with a yeast question. I have looked at brewers yeasts
but since I am not going to drink the stuff I don't care how nasty it tastes
as long as it burns after distillation.

Will any old yeast do or does it specifically have to be brewers ?
