I normally make 5 gallon batches, but my unit asked me to make a keg for a
party in a few weeks. So, I got out a 15.5 gallon keg and started making
beer. I did one of my Red Irish Ale recipes I have been making for a while.
I did the same thing I always do, but times it by 3. Instead of using glass
carboy i put it from the brew pot into a SS keg. Pitched 3 packets of
yeast, shook it a bit and it hasnt started fermenting (3 days later)...Any
suggestions of what could have gone bad.
