Yes we are commercial brewer. I have found some answers to my questions; the temperature of the beer should be between -2 and +2 celsius, the best is 0 celsius , mine was at -3, and also i think that the level of beer in the filling bowl could change the level in the bottle, when we keep the level very low in the bowl the level in the bottles is better. If you have some other hints for me please let me know
