Sounds to me like a delicious American wheat beer. Should end up with a
huge foamy head and a deep copper color (a bit on the dark side for a wheat
beer). You may wish to cut down on the priming sugar a bit... use 4 oz
instead of 5 oz, although it's really up to you how much head you want on
it. I'm sure it will be delicious.
