| Re: Trub? As far as I know, you should be able to just transfer wort straight from the
boil kettle to the conical, wait the time period for primary fermentation
and use the bottom dump valve to drop any & all sediment allowing you to go
straight to secondary fermentation. This would save you the time and
trouble of straining the trub.
