I built "The Son of Fermentation Chiller" when I was in Dallas and it
worked great. Never used frozen 2 liter bottles though I just bought a
bunch of those "Blue Ice" plastic squares from Wal-Mart. They are
cheap, stay frozen longer, don't drip and are designed to be used again
and again without cracking and making a mess.
