| Fermentation Temperature ? I don't have central heating in my house and when the large gas heater kicks
on and off it does not keep a constant temp at any one location in the
house, sometimes areas are too cold and sometimes areas are too hot. I am
concerned that my fermentation process will get screwed up if I don't keep
the temp at 70-75 degrees. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might
maintain a constant temp.
