for 7 lbs off fresh peeled appricots. Not an easy item to find. Ended
up using Chilean Nectarines... i think it will work. As for the
cherries, I did a little looking. There is a place in Wisconsin that
sells frozen/canned cherries (Door County). They look to be out this
time of year. Possibly give one of the orchards a phone call and ask?
