I'm just starting to experiment with home brew beer now, this is our first deviation from the kits, so I figured something simple would be appropriate.

This is my annual Christmas Brew. It's basically a nice clean Pale
Ale with some interesting twists thrown in. The interesting spicy
flavors usually make it a hit even among people who normally don't

Partial mash. Convert for 90 minutes at 140 (F). Drain and sparge to
