Primary Fermentation: 6 days
Secondary Fermentation: 5 days


Ingredients:
  • 3 lb brittish 2 row
  • 3 lb gambrinnus 2 row
  • 3 lb american 2 row
  • 3 lb hugh baird marris otter
  • 3 lb gambrinus honey malt
  • 1/2 lb rolled oats
  • 1 oz cascade hopps-boiling
  • 1/2 oz cascade hopps @ 60 min.
  • 1/2 oz cascade hopps- hopp back
  • wyeast 1056 and 2112

Procedure:

use single infusion mash based on the grain bill target between 152 and 156
