Yeast - Wyeast London Ale
Adjuncts:
1/2 tsp Irish Moss (with 10 Minutes left)
2 tsp Fresh ground Nutmeg (Full Boil)
2 tsp Fresh ground Allspice (Full Boil)
2 tsp Whole Cloves (Full Boil)
2 tsp Ground Cardamon (Full Boil)
2 tsp Fresh ground Cinnamon (Full Boil)
Full Mash - Mash at 150 for 1.5 hrs - Sparge (yielded 8.5 gallons
wort)
Boil and add hops and adjuncts according to times above
