Original Gravity: 1.040
Final Gravity: 1.017 on 9/10, 9/11, 9/12 and 9/18

Trub had some of the roasted barley debris sitting in it from a previous
minor disaster, so that apparently settled out quite nicely.

Got 46+ 12 oz. bottles filled and sitting in the basement. My kitchen smells
like C-Brite and beer.

Now the waiting which is, according to Tom Petty, "the hardest part".

In the meantime, I'm going to empty 48 more bottles of beer and start in on
the next kit.

Pray to the deity of your choice (Bacchus? Dionysus?) for my beer.
