I'm interested in making a Potato Ale. Anyone have suggestions as to
proportions, varieties, etc? Was thinking of using potato flakes, as
they are already processed. Just don't know whether the small amount
of citric acid in the brand I use would be a concern.

Chris Colby worte about using potatoes in BYO...can't recall which
issue. You may be able to find it at [url]www.byo.com[/url] .
