Almost certainly you don't have a problem. Most of the fermentation
is done at the beginning, especially if the room temperature was
fairly high (68F or more).
To be sure that it is done before you bottle, you should let it sit until
a hydrometer reading is the same for around 3 days, OR let it sit about
2 weeks. you bottle.
Just continue with what your instructions say to do. You may want
