Is it safe to stir wort when first transfered to the fementer, in order to
aerate it?

I am going to buy an oxygen aeration system, but don't want to wait for it
for the current batch.

I know you shouldn't stir fermented beer, but I'm wondering how to get
sufficient oxygen back into the wort for proper fermentation.
