LOL
That's one of the reasons I was hoping someone had tried it. I can
imagine that a slight wasabi tang to a beer might be decent. Maybe an
IPA with a slight edge to it.
I imagine it would have similar issues to chile beers though. It would
end up either too strong or too weak for most people's taste.
I'll have to wait until he imports some from Japan before bothering to
replicate it.
