All,
I am thinking about doing some bottling using the EZ Cap bottles (Swing
Tops) I normally just do standard capping. Any Pros and Cons to using
swing-tops? I know the gaskets need replaced after time, but how many brews
can I get out of one gasket? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've done some bottling with 'em, back in the stone age when the tops
were actually ceramic :) - I got about 5-6 solid uses from the gaskets,
but then again, I didn't take the best care of them. I suppose washing
them quickly, drying them by hand and storing them in a not-so-dry place
would extend the life. YMMV.
