Inconsistancy

Ok, guru guys here's something thats driving me crazy. Last 5 gal
batch of HB was inconsistent from bottle to bottle.

I am not knowledgeable enough to described the difference other than
to say, one bottle was fine the next tasted like **** (not skunked).
This from the same fermentor.

I have considered the following, priming sugar (I used malt) not
evenly destributed, poor capping, poor sanitation. I really don't
think the latter is the problem, but maybe. My bottles are rinsed
clean after use, and get the Iodophor treatment before reuse. All my
brewing, bottling, (including caps) equipment get the treatment.

Does this ring any bells?
Brew on brother!
