another kegging question

I am going to be attemping to transfer my beer from one corny to another (to
reduce even more sediment.. hopefully) the only question is do the kegs need
to be refridgerated or just the same temp, to reduce the chance of excess
foaming.

Chilling the beer will cause the sediment to drop out, so you'd
probably want to chill it for that reason.

In regards to transfering to another keg, you can reduce/eliminate
foaming by pressuring the receiving keg and transferring through the
draw tubes. Slowly relieve gas from the receiving keg as to allow the
beer to come in.
