I've never heard of dried corn syrup. Do you mean corn sugar?

Re: Corn Syrup

You can replace sugar kg for kg or you can add 57% corn syrup and 25% dried
malt. Try a few ratios until you find something you like.

From my understanding, though Corn Syrup has some sugar content, it isn't
much but it does lend beer a good head and a thicker texture in general. I
find a kilo for 20 litres makes a hell of an improvement on the body of the
beer.

Re: Corn Syrup

corn syrup is just corn sugar and water. Also water content may vary for
different batches making it unpredictable. Avoid exploding bottles, just use
the sugar.

or, if you want to take a nod from wine making, add your sugar, and
also add sulfite tablits to kill the in bottle frement, works well
with my wine, and should not kill your brew, but I am still learning
on the brew and will aquest to more expreriancend hands on beer only,
wine, you are in my corner

Good Luck[color=blue]
