I have a fridge in my reek room. I'm planning on brewing lagers in it.I was
wondering if I could make my own temperature control for it,or would I be
better off just buying one. also what are some good lagers to start with.

You can buy a thermostat with the correct range at an industrial supply
house and bypass the fridges built-in unit but your not going to save much
money. It's not worth the trouble. Believe me... I did it. Spend the $50 and
buy a ready made unit. -Al
