| | | | Keg issue Well, I have one keg of beer that I just cant get carbonated, I have another
that carbonated and has this great think head on it. The one with the nice
head apparently had so much pressure it blew the hose off the fitting and
just shot beer all over the walls like a geuyser. I enjoy the smell of beer,
but this is gonna suck for a couple weeks. |

Well, if you happen to check this thread again... we carbonated it using our
CO2 tank, and I was going to use a portable co2 tap w/cartridges to push it
out. Figured out what it was, I dry hopped it, and drove it around in my
truck for a few days, think that stirred a bunch of stuff up and started the
fermentation again. Gonna try it this weekend, hoping the little restart
didnt affect it much.

works out for you.

| | | | Re: Keg issue Tapped it tonight, and thankfully it hasn't blown the tap off again. It has
a nice taste/color, except that the follow has this bitter/tangy taste. Im
guessing thats from the dry hop. I like it, for about 4 or 5 beers, then
that taste on the follow is too much for me to handle.
