best way to reduce yeast and sediment

hi all

i've tried running my brew through a filter when racking to remove as much
yeast/sediment as possible, but continue to get really cloudy beer. i've
even tried a second filtering after racking, dumping the brew into a second
lot of 2l bottles. can anybody recommend a good method for reducing as much
of the yeast and sediment?

tks

Time and cold temp clear all beers. Filtering will oxidize the beer (if
not done correctly) and cause it to stale more quickly. Obviously, if
you bottle, you HAVE to have yeast top carb it, and that by nature
creates sediment.

Give it another week in the carboy. Rack to bottling bucket as a way to
separate the trub from the beer.

Add priming sugar here and then put in bottles.
