Lagering in Corney kegs?

I have two lager beers going in five G carboys. They were in primary for
about 10 days. They have been at lager temp (40 degrees) for about 3 weeks.
I would like to lager another 3-4 weeks but I need the space. Coreny kegs
would take upr less lareal space. Are ther any draw backs to finishing the
lager in Coerney kegs? Should bleed off valves be left open or closed?

Thanks

That's exactly what I do, but I lay the kegs on their side so I can get
more in the fridge. Leave the valve closed.

When lagering in a keg do you go ahead and add co2 and let it carbonate at the
same time or force carbonate later once conditioned?

I've done it both ways and it doesn't really seem to matter.
