Hard Cider Recipe

Looking for a few good recipes. Preferably, ones that use fresh apples.

Apple juice and yeast...I press my own apples and I've made a lot of
ciders over the years. I've found that if you add sugar, honey, etc. it
just thins it out. It's your taste, though. I prefer Wyeast sweet mead
yeast or Wyeast cider yeast.

Press your apples, take the raw stock and a yeast. A champagne will be real
dry vs.a sweet meade.

I go and add a container (1 ltr) of fruit nectur. You can find these in the
Hispanic sections of stores. This will give a very light accent to your
cider. Passion Fruit is nice so is pear.

I live in Memphis and apples here, well not happening.

I can take 7 1/2 gal apple juice bottles, 1 container of nectar, 2
containers of frozen concentrate, 1 packet/tube of yeast. Add all together,
wait 20 days and bottle. Real easy and it tastes good to.
