They are probably usable, however they may well have changed colour - ie
turned very dark, not what you might want for say a pale ale - stout time?

The usable shelflife of LME is very short, really a matter of months. Those
canned extracts are usually of marginal quality anyway, at least, from the
experience I had using kits many years ago, like Munton's and Coopers. I
went to the Breiss bagged LME almost immediately.
