Biologically the cans are just fine and cannot hurt you. Taste wise, they will be very cider like and no reasonable amount of DME can help the.

someone i know was cleaning out there garage and came across a couple cans of really old malt extract, the best before stamp is 1993. my question is can old cans of extract go bad, or should i just chuck them.
