Lo carb homebrew

G'day all,
Just wondered if there is a recipe for a lo carb ale,beer or lager out
there, I've been on this lo carb diet since February, it works, have lost 47
lbs, but do miss a good beer :(

lo carb - good beer IMHO are mutually exclusive

Are these quantities for 5 gallons?
